This Tangerine Smoothie is a perfect balance of health and deliciousness. It is rich with healthy nutritions and serves as a great post workout drink.
2 carrots1 sliced Beetroot
2 Small Easy Peel Oranges
¾ c (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
Peel the oranges and set them aside.
Slice up the carrots and beetroot into medium sized chunks and mix with the oranges.
Put the mix in the blender or smoothie maker.
Add yogurt, honey to the mix. Blend until smooth.
