Kiwi King Smoothie

A perfect smoothie to energise and release antioxidants in the body. If you are on a diet, this smoothie will keep you feeling full and healthy at the same time.

Ingredients

3 Kiwis
2 Bananas
1 Small Easy Peel Orange
¾ c (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey

Step 1

Peel the orange and set it aside.

Step 2

Slice up the bananas and kiwi into medium sized chunks and mix with the oranges.

Step 3

Put the mix in the blender or smoothie maker.

Step 4

Add yogurt, honey to the mix. Blend until smooth.
